Dr. Wah, MD is the first/only cannabis doctor in Carroll County. When I stopped in (without an appointment or calling ahead) to check the place out, both Dr. Wah and his office manager/receptionist were very welcoming and willing to answer all my questions about this new territory of medical treatment in Maryland. The waiting area and office was incredibly comfortable, clean, and professional. There was plenty of informational literature to take, for anyone who stops by. I was incredibly impressed with the professional medical environment of this practice.

Got my MMCC Card the same day!!!!!!!! However, I had my MMCC ID number before the appointment, brought all my medical records I had (it hurt my back more but I knew I had to do it. maybe around 30lbs.) they knew what papers they were looking for evidence, I wasn't sure.
The customer service was excellent. They were well educated (on medical conditions, cannabis remedies and Maryland Medical Cannabis Commision process), very professional, acted in my best interests, responded in a timely manner, conveniently scheduled the appointment and went the extra mile to email a calendar reminder, understood my needs and were great listeners.
