After being on hold for medical records for the past two weeks, getting the run around, from a woman named Janer at The office of Dr.dillhn. I was told Dr.Narula was out of town and wouldn't be back until mid March. I am ...well was being recruited by the fire department and lost that opportunity thinking I would get those medical records in time....The excuse was they couldn't get into the didn't know how to get into the computer to get them, I'm guess with out Dr.Narula, which I didn't receive a call telling me that they couldn't get those medical records...Just a ridiculous situation all around, time wasted , unprofessionalism, lost opportunities.
The front office staff was wonderful, wait room welcoming with tv and reading material. the visit itself was the best part great to know there are doctors who are 'down to earth' and able to treat you as a person as opposed to a patient. happy to recommend to anyone looking for pulmonary care
