When it came time to purchase, she worked with Johnny the manager to even get us a better deal than as advertised. We left very pleased and strongly recommend Quin, Johnny and this store for all furniture purchases.
Salesperson (sorry don't remember her name) was Wonderful! Very friendly and tried to help us find the style, size and color sofa we wanted. We found a sofa that would work with our needs, however, the Manager would NOT sell us the sofa only. Insisted we buy the chairs (which we did not want or like). Of course he could "order" the sofa and we could wait for it, but we had cash and a truck. Wanted to buy the sofa that day. Declined his offer to UPSELL us and left the store. No sale and we will not be returning. Amazing Prime....here we come!
Was not looking forward to this experience - shopping for sofa/love seat and kitchen table set. Didn't want someone hovering over me while I tried to make a decision. Melanie was wonderful! She was there to guide us if needed but I never felt pressured. Ended up buying the sofa/love seat and kitchen table set right then and there. Thanks Melanie for great service!
Excellent experience on all levels. Quin our sales person was very helpful and patient with us as she has been in the past. She gave us plenty of time to look and try out the merchandise on our own but was always ready and available to help when needed. The few times she was unsure about her info she said so and went to check with her manager - but she was right all along.
Wonderful experience! No pressure at all. My wife and I found what we wanted. We purchased a sofa and loveseat combination, a kitchen table and chairs, and an end table. Melanie was the best! She helped us save big via the black friday sale, and made the financing a snap! Thanks Melanie!
Sales staff was excellent Melanie did a great job walking us through our purchase. My issue came when the kitchen table and chairs were delivered. The bottom of the chairs had glides installed on them, on one of the chairs the glide was cracked and a screw was exposed causing a huge gouge to my kitchen floor.. They offered to come out and repair the chair but the damage was already done. I went to Home Depot and put my own glides on the chair because 12 of the additional 15 were jacked up as well..
