This place does not disappoint. The staff here are super friendly and they REALLY feed you. The doughnuts are comparable to ones you'd get at the beach and they make a mean set of breakfast potatoes. Would definitely recxomend to anyone in or passing through Westminster.
The food was good, but when it is called Top Nosh you expect more.
I love having this great cafe right up the street from the office! Their donuts and coffee are delicious and I haven't had anything off of the lunch menu that wasn't delicious! They keep improving every time we go! Plus the whole office loves when someone buys a dozen donuts to share :)
We were told about this place by someone at McDaniels College. They stated that it was a training restaurant for other places nearby. They close at 1 pm on Saturday and we arrive around noon, and they seemed ready to leave for the day. The food took a long time to prepare probably due to the time we arrived. We were the only customers at the time, so it should not have taken as long to make some sandwiches and chicken tenders.
The best food in this area and the portions are huge perfect for sharing.
Nice little spot for breakfast or lunch. Breakfast platters, sandwiches, etc. They make their own donuts every morning too. They offer catering as well for pretty reasonable prices per person. Staff was very nice and friendly.
The food was good, the service was decent. Breakfast may be better.
