Amazing gym. Knowledgeable and friendly coaches, with great equipment and lots of space for open gym or classes. Would recommend to experienced and new people looking to do Crossfit.
Great place, great people in short. I recently got into crossfit, went in for my free 3 day trial and was hooked day one. Everything is clean, great tunes to work out to, very knowledgeable staff, great WOD's every day. I checked them all out in Westminster and this one was top notch... Keep up the great work Brad and Erin.
Look no further this is the best crossfit gym in Carroll county. It starts with great owners, extremely knowledgeable and motivating coaches, a warm friendly atmosphere to workout at.
I joined an over 50 class and it is a blast! This is a great facility and the coaches are awesome. They are quick to modify any exercise you can't physically handle.
I work out here six times a week. Great community. There are a good selection of class times. The team is very good about safety and making sure that everyone is going at their own pace. You should definitely swing by and give it a try.
