Unfriendly people. Most of them act like you are bothering them. They have great costumes and accessories and if you get something home and realize it dont fit - you can return it unlike the halloween stores.

I love this store. They have ANYTHING you need for ANY TYPE of party plus MORE! They have excellent sales on party supplies with already low prices. The only complaint I have is during Halloween. This place gets to be a madhouse and is very unorganized and their prices on costumes are outrageous but I LOVE it the rest of the year. I go in there to shop even when we are not planning a party. They have cool children's character items for cheap that I use as rewards for good behavior for my kiddies!
