Previous purchase of the Deer Gator 6th and Honda "Monster"Snowthrower from Finch has been filled with attentive and prompt services. Their service department should be a model for other vehicle repair locations. Finch knows it's product and get this: They come to your house to conduct repairs and PM, all with competitive pricing. The tech providing repairs, took time to instruct the customer with steps taken to repair the vehicle in the future on my own. I was extremely pleased.

I purchased a 4 year maintenance plan for my John Deere LA105 riding lawn mower from Finch. I have been thoroughly satisfied with their service. They even call each year to remind me to schedule the service.
My long mowers were bought for $ 200, but they needed $ 400 for repair.
Pathetic!! This company has gone WAY downhill. Not customer service oriented what so ever, associates will not follow through with what they say. Does not do what you ask. Has unqualified employees working on your equipment. Does not know how to go about the repair at hand, service truck does not have equipment to function as a service truck, service mgr. does not call when he has indicated he would do so. Will not return your equipment at your request. They don't know how to sharpen a blade, so they can bill you year after year for new ones, and on, and on... Kinda makes you wonder..-Who's running this show?
