Chris at TBSS was extremely helpful in deciding what TV to purchase. He is very knowledgeable of all the products in the store, did not push us towards higher priced TVs but instead let us make a very informed decision about our final choice. Not a pushy salesman at all!
We couldn’t believe how fast our custom-made furniture was ready for delivery!

Made two visits to the Big Screen Store about three weeks apart. My wife and I were very impressed with Alan on the first visit. He represented the store very well and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful explaining the various types of TV's, the TV stands, pricing and delivery options. There were plenty of reasons to buy but we weren't quite ready and he was very respectful of our decision. We returned yesterday and met with Alan a second time which confirmed our decision so we purchased a new Samsung and a stand to go with it. This is the second time we have purchased a TV from the Big Screen Store and once again it was an excellent experience.
The manager, Chris, is also always available, if needed.
Yesterday we were in the market for a new TV so we called The Big Screen Store in Westminster, MD and spoke with Alan. Pleased with what he had to say about the TV’s that we were looking for we went into the store to look at them and made a purchase. We are expecting delivery today. Always a pleasant experience shopping with both Alan and Chris - both of which are very knowledgeable about the products that they sell and want to make sure that you get what you need.
