Owner is polite, positive car rental professional. He is a no nonsense get it done quick and correct kind of person and may come across to some as rude. Find out fast if you qualify by calling and get your new car. I wrote this review because I like the owner.
Cantankerous old man who is more interested in arguing than renting cars. He was arguing with someone on the phone when I walked in and then wouldn't give me a straight answer when I asked about renting a car.
Very rude tries to get you to rent cars longer than needed better to use enterprise rent a car this guy was very rude to me and I was very upset about it
He displayed nothing but bad attitude and was completely unhelpful. I walked out and will never return.
I went to Enterprise and had a rental in less than 10 minutes.
I was hung up on after someone in the most miserable tone answered the phone saying "rentals." It's 2017 who does business like this anymore?
