When it came time to look for a new vehicle for my wife, Jay Badiang came highly recommended. I had a coworker that had a bad experience and Jay made things right for her. Reluctantly, I agreed to go back to Koons. Jay was awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better salesman. I cant say enough good things about him. I don't remember the name of our finance guy, I think Jay called him "Muscles", but he was great too. Both made us feel comfortable and well informed throughout the entire process..
This dealership is great! In particular, Cliff was extremely helpful. He took the time to show us several vehicles and his knowledge of each vehicle made the process much less intimidating! While this trip didn't result in a sale; I won't hesitate to call Cliff for future purchases.
I had a terrible experience years ago buying a used car at Koons. The salesman I had was every negative stereotype of a bad salesman. He misrepresented facts about the car, avoided questions and after I finally bought the car, would not take my calls to make good on promises he had made.
Great car buying experience. My wife and I went in on Black Friday expecting to have a rushed experience and sales driven atmosphere. Chris helped us look at the vehicles we wanted to and even went as far as to help look up maintenance costs for us to help in our decision. Chris even took the time to contact us after the purchase to thank us and ask how everything was going with the vehicle. Even in financing we had a great experience and were treated like people not business prospects. I would highly recommend this location for the staff, atmosphere, and experience.
We worked with Bob Erwin, and he was fantastic! My husband and I both ended up purchasing vehicles from here, thanks in large part to Bob's great assistance. He took the time to answer our questions and explain the details about our purchasing options. He also took the time to show us every detail of the vehicles' functions, which was a great help to me as a first-time car buyer. Highly recommend!

During the service appointment, Pam gave me an update to inform me of progress and to run by technical findings and costs for my approval. I really appreciate her efforts and drove away very happy.
