I purchased by first KIA in 2012 from this dealership and was very impressed with the sales staff and there willingness to help you make your decision and not make it for you. They were knowledgeable about all of the features for all models that I asked about and were able to demonstrate any capability. After purchase I continued to bring my car in for service and was just as impressed with the service department. I have just completed the purchase of my 3rd car from this dealership and am happy to say the experience stayed consistent. I would suggest that anyone take the time to look at this dealership as they take care of the customer properly and with respect from purchase through maintenance.
Bait and switch. Scheduled an appointment for a fairly priced 4runner and after taking all of my info was told they couldn't sell it because they didn't have the title yet. (Pictures of the 4runner online were taken at least 2 months prior and nowhere to be seen on the preowned lot). I told them I was in no hurry and could wait for the title and they offered a jeep cherokee instead and I was interested, but without telling me the price they proceeded to their little cubicle leaving me waiting for 45 minutes while they pulled my credit report for a $10k loan on a vehicle valued at $6k. Upon telling them I wasn't going to pay almost double the value of a vehicle as well as an insanely high interest rate (which I would accept having bad credit) the manager said I might as well "bite the bullet" because of my bad credit. Not to mention the whispers of "well what are we going to do" when informing them I needed a tow vehicle (which they barely had besides the 4runner) and hearing an exchange between other salespeople about "the 4runner hahaha."
Needless to say I got the hell out of there. Overall slimy and deceiving practice hidden with smiles is all I could see during my visit.

I was very impressed with the level of service I received at the dealership. Rebecca, my sales person, made my buying experience very comfortable. She was not forcible and impressed us with her product knowledge and willingness to take the extra step to get us the best deal possible. This was my second purchase with her and I looked for her exclusively because of her hospitable approach. i would easily recommend family and friends.
If you want to pay double or triple for a vehicle over ten years old then this is the place to go. If you aren't into that then save your money and get a beater until you find an honest dealer that doesn't take advantage of people in a poor credit situation.
