Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Food arrived quickly and was accurate. It was delicious and the wait staff filled our drinks fast whenever they started to see a half empty glass. I was very impressed.
The only reason I gave 1 Star was because you can’t do none. Unbelievable... tonight every restaurant in Westminster was packed with 15-30 minute wait...except for 1. This should have clued me in. There were a few people at the bar and one other table with customers in the entire restaurant. After waiting for 10 minutes for a server the host came back to our table at which time I requested the manager. He took several minutes to reach our table. Then all he did was make excuses for why we hadn’t received any service yet. I pointed out the vacant tables, at which time he continued to just hem and haw. I gave him our drink order. He told me he would find our waitress. So, I gave him our drink order a second time. After rolling his eyes at me.... he turned to go to I assume get the drinks.... but we left. The ONLY positive part of the experience was the host. Hope he finds a new job. Obviously I know now why all the reviews are so bad...
10/29/17 1st time here in over a year after a crappy time last time I was here. In-laws wanted to go. I hope someone from corporate reads this. The men's room was trashed. My wife said the same thing with the ladies room. Overheard another customer tell the hostess the ladies room was disgusting. Anyways we waited 15 minutes for a table yet you could see tables empty. A waitress asked the host why they weren't seating people. Something about the kitchen backed up 30 minutes. Should have gotten up and left at this point. Our waitress took our order but keep forgetting to keep drinks filled and who got what. Never cleared a dirty plate from our table the whole time. The salad bar was a complete mess and a lot of things where empty. My meal was fine. But my wife's was made wrong. They offered to remake it. Took almost 40 minutes to her to meal by then the rest of us had finished eating. It doesn't take 40 minute to cook fish. I won't be returning to this location. Shame because the Clarksville MD location does a great job.
There are always specials here. Get a 3 course meal for $13.99. You get the salad bar, your entree and dessert. Waitresses are fast and friendly.
Got the salad bar it was missing a ton of stuff and almost empty, the kids pizza has a spicy sauce on it. The cheese dip with chips was horrible the chips were bendable and they only gave you 1/2 a bowl of cheese sauce. My husband's pork chop came out ice cold. The center literally felt like ice. We have not been there in a long time. But will NEVER go back again. HORRIBLE!!!!
