Sunday brunch should be a predictably busy time but Raf's was not prepared this morning. Our table sat un-bussed for 20 minutes while we waited to be seated, then it took another 10 minutes to have our order taken, and another 45 to receive our food. Had to ask for the food to-go at that point but still received it on a plate. Tried to get the check quickly but that took another 10 minutes at which point I was late for check-out at my hotel. But, for what it's worth, the Southwestern Eggs Benedict was probably the best Benedict I've ever had. Even after an hour in our backseat.
My first experience here was just the other day, I'm a bit torn by it. From the outside this place looks like a nice place, as soon as you walk in it looks like a dive bar. There is a dining area but we weren't seated there so I can't speak about it. The place was loud and although service wasn't bad it wasn't good either. First the beer was served in a frozen glass, that's acceptable if you're drinking bad beer but when I'm playing more than I should for craft beer it shouldn't be in a frozen shaker glass. The food was alright even though we didn't get what we ordered, since when is it hard to confirm any order, or at least bring something out that at least sounds similar.
One of my two favorite restaurants in Westminster. Best Maryland crab soup, but every dish is so good. Service is excellent.
First time here and we went for lunch. The food was good, I had the burger and it was huge and tasted great. Our service was good and we would come back.
Food was too messed up to eat last time I went. My salad ordered with no onion came overfilled with onions and my friend's medium rare steak came well done. We both were unhappy and the wait staff did not seem to care or offer to fix it in any way. Too pricey for the level of food as well.
