They never have what we need for our reptiles. We always wait for a manager to let us know that "they are out of crickets". Our bird we purchased for $150 died 42 days after we took him home... Staff has no knowledge of animals. I recommend Pet smart in this town except for grooming. Petco in York Pa is awesome!

Tabitha, the head groomer, is very good with my dog, who is skiddish with humans. She knows how to make her feel comfortable and trust her, so that she is able to trim + file my dog's nails.
