The guy seemed okay, but when I called on my cellphone to inquire about a piece of equipment, they signed me up for some kind of text program i had to stop. That is NOT okay.
Undersea Outfitters got our 2 youngest family members scuba certified. It was great to have flexibility in learning and practice because we had a lot of things going on at the same time. The online learning, pool sessions, and open-water check out were well organized so that the whole process was very efficient. As fast as everything got done it never seemed like we had to rush, and skills and topics were presented in enough detail to make sure that the new divers were comfortable and confident with the things they learned. The check out dive in the quarry was fun and there were no waves!
