Techs were very thorough and great. They performed a thorough inspection of my attic, roof, chimney tops and also cleaned and caulked my gutters. Overall very satisfied with Arocon. Would recommend to others as a reputable company.
Very impressed from start to finish with my roof and gutter replacement by AROCON. They are first class! Jason Easton was so detail-oriented, from the first inspection of my house, explaining things, delivering the proposal, helping me select colors, and managing the actual roof work. He is honest and goes out of his way for his customers. He was on site during the work to make sure everything went smoothly. The crew was great and very conscientious about protecting my home. They use full tent-tarping to protect the entire sides of the house, instead of just throwing a tarp over the bushes like I've seen other companies do. The job was done efficiently and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. From my research and experience, AROCON uses the best products and provides excellent workmanship for a very reasonable price. They replaced my gutters also and that work was done quickly and with great attention to detail. Sounds silly but I love love love my new roof and gutters! AROCON is the company to use!
Henry arrived on time in a marked company vehicle, explained the process and went right to work. He took pictures and showed me the condition of the roof and gutters, and the repairs. I appreciated the time he took to answer all of my questions and taught me a few things about securing my gutters. After cleaning and repairing the gutters Henry made sure the front and back were clean of any debris. First home and first time having to have repairs done and it was a good experience. I'm glad I selected AROCON, I will definitely contact them again. Thanks Henry!
Braxton was very professional. He explained the process he would use to inspect the roof and gutter and to clean the gutters. The work area was cleaned up beautifully. The information from the inspection, with pictures, was sent quickly,via email, after the job was completed. I will definitely use this company again in the future and will recommend to my friends.
