UTZ Property Management handles my rental and recently they handled a new appliance install with no issues. Utz Handyman completed the install. All I do is view my checking account and see my owner payments. VERY EASY!

Not only has Utz PM been a refreshing change, but they helped point out some little known intricacies with the local laws that saved me $$!
UTZ employees have been very professional and have responded in a timely manner to my requests as an owner. They don't have too many layers of personnel involved in the management which is often seen with their competitors. I would use them for future properties to manage and recommend them highly. If I knew how to make the above stars 4.5/5 I would have done so.
