First we scheduled an appointment with your online system and the following day it was cancelled because someone had already taken that slot. My wife emailed you and you told her to schedule it online using the same system that worked so wonderfully the day before. She schedules an appointment and we were supposed to drop her car off today at 9am and you waited until 12:40 am this morning, to cancel "due to medical reasons". Should I send you the bill for the $50 cancellation fee you owe us or stop by and pick it up in person(sarcasm)? Kind of ironic you have the nerve to charge a customer a cancellation fee if they don't cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Her car was the "take it there and see how they do" car, we have two other vehicles we were going have done as well but I can tell you we will be taking all three elsewhere. Also, I can assure you if/when people ask about where to have a car detailed, we will be sure to tell them to absolutely not take it to Crystal Clear Detailing.
I asked for a quote and they gave me one. Thats fair and all but when i said i can go somewhere else and get it cheaper. Thanks anyways they went off on a tangent and put me on their site about how i dont know anything. When i commented telling them to take it down. They deleted my comment. Great company right? They arent worth anything in my books.
