Other than that this location is typical pharmacy that I started using because it is 24 hours a day so I can call in and pick up my scripts at any time with long work/school hours. Now that the night pharmacist is working there I choose not to go at night, unless the script is sitting there waiting or it is an emergency. You cannot talk with him on the phone, because he gives you attitude, and he's rude. Sad because I have never had a problem in the past with anyone there. One person can ruin it for an entire business.
This used to be my go to pharmacy and there is still several people that are great there, but the night pharmacist is not nice and very condescending. He gives attitude even if you are nice to him. That is probably why he works at night. I would suggest waiting for the day pharmacists unless it is an absolute emergency.
This place is terrible , dropped off prescrition at 8:30 pm told it would be half hour or so wait . Still here at 9:36 pm and told it will be 10 or 15 minutes more.
The service at this location is terrible. I always get an attitude at the drive-thru, they are way more expensive than other places, and I can't believe the girl at the drive-thru refused on more than one occassion to fill a prescription before the 30 days was up. (Dr. increased dosage and she could've at least offered to call & verify). Despite this, we told her we were ok with paying for it out of pocket and they still refused which is just wrong. I feel this place treats you like some drug addict. And then I decided to give this place one more try because Rite-Aid now proudly advertises the fact that they deliver. So I tried dropping Rx's off on my way home from picking up my husband at the hospital after back surgery (we had already drove an hour in the car) and asked them to deliver so we didn't have to be uncomfortable waiting in the car (with a baby no less, and my husband in a brace and a walker) for 45 minutes and also try to make it home in time for the medical company to deliver a hospital bed. As it turns out, you have to justify why you need delivery and then they couldn't even get it out to us that day because it didn't fit in their delivery schedule. So after telling them to give me my prescriptions back and taking them over to Walmart, it turned out to be a blessing because they were $103 less than Rite Aid for two prescriptions! One more rant...when they once asked my husband if he was waiting in the parking lot while they got filled, he responded "what difference does it make" and they said it was 20 minutes if you pull on the side and wait or over an hour if you leave the parking lot, even just to run to the bank and right back. This place is absurd; I will never use them again!
Rude, horrible service, emergency pain prescription called in by dentist at 4. It is still not ready at 7:20 pm. They laughed when I told them the shots the Emergency room gave me in my mouth was gonna wear off. I would not come here unless this is your absolute only option.
Their very very rude...they don't speak loud enough...and ever single employee has a damn attitude...and don't even say have a nice day...terrible service
With the new Maryland prescription policies it is getting harder and harder to get scripts filled in a timely manner. It is not our fault they have to deal with everyone last minute, so they need to reevaluate the attitudes. People only have two days to get their prescriptions before their due so if you are going out of town or need it earlier, you will have to do without, which makes it hard on patients. Rite Aid needs to make the process easier or be nicer about the process.
