Flew into Baltimore,MD from Dallas, TX on Saturday Sept 16, rented a car & drive to Westminster,PA to pick out a new mattress, box spring & bed frame. Glen Depaola welcomed us & helped found our perfect mattress. He was able to deliver to us on Mon. Professional, Informative, Fast Delivery. Can't be happier with the service we received! My boyfriend and I walked in, not thinking we were going to be purchasing a mattress that day, but we did! The manager, Glen, was honest and straightforward and worked within our budget. He never pushed us to go for a higher priced mattress, rather showed us an amazingly comfortable mattress within our budget. Definitely recommend going here for a fair and honest deal!
Worst experience I have ever had. The bed was defective, and we have only had it a few months. They came to deliver a new one and they would not take it back. They can't resell it! On top of that, they were supposed to get back to me in a couple of days and now it has been over a week and I have to track them down myself. They also never called me before they delivered which made me have to call them myself once again. This is so ridiculous. Will never recommend them. Well, better get going to try and track down my bed.
We recently moved to a new home in Pa. and the folks at Mattress Warehouse were very professional and helpful in assisting with selecting the correct mattress for us and in co-ordinating a delivery time that best worked for us. They took their time and made the experience a pleasant one.
We had a layaway for a bit. When we paid it off and had it delivered, it wasn't the mattress we had chosen. Turns out my original choice was discontinued. The replacement mattress, although a great mattress, was not a good fit for me. Mattress Warehouse worked with me immediately due to it being a medical issue that required a certain type of mattress. They allowed me to come right up to the store and choose another mattress, and they set up delivery as soon as possible. Two days later, I had my new mattress delivered and set up. It is absolutely FABULOUS! This is the 2nd King Mattress Set I have bought at Mattress Warehouse of Westminster. I finally had to replace my 1st set after 15 years. I have now sent my adult children to Mattress Warehouse of Westminster to get their beds!
