Went to get a replacement card, only had to wait for a short while. Numbers were called and I got a receipt for my replacement.
ER wait times are pretty fair, you're not sitting there all day and you aren't just in and out. Every experience I have had with them their receptionist have been decent, courteous, patient, and well-mannered. I wouldn't give it a five-star because of the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I understand there is only one security officer working, but maybe they should hire some people to keep bathrooms and other rims looking clean. At least I would give a couple more people a couple of new jobs
We went twice to rectify an error in middle initial made by SSA. The first visit was almost useless, requiring more documentation than our phone call said was required. The second visit we were helped by a Ms. Smith who was experienced and knew exactly what to do (and did not require the additional documentation) - she gets 5++++ stars in my book! Took less than a minute for her to fix it.
On 12/08/2017 went to this location, after 35 minutes waiting (it was only 7 persons in front of me) I got to the window/ officer and I was done in 12 minutes. The officer was knowledgeable and polite.The entire of my visit was less than 1 hour. While the day before I was in Columbia location and after 2 hours waiting I learned that no one can talk to me in side.
I've been trying to reach this office by phone for over a week. No one answers and call are kicked to a national call center. I've talked to four different people at different national call centers. The last two assured me that someone in the Westminster office needs to handie our problem, and someone from there would call me. So Far NO ONE From THE Westminster has called. The benefits were approved MAY 2016, and there have been NO PAYMENTS, no letters, no calls. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
