ServePro was fabulous. We had 2 floods in the basement from an old water system. They arrived, did great work, checked in often as things were drying, came out to re-install padding, cleaned carpets - and were very professional. I hope never to need them again, but they're who I'll call when I need help.
The guy that answered the phone was rude. He supposedly took my name and number so that someone would call me back. That never happened.
