Tried twice to get haircut for my grandson. Both visits the screen showed less than 15 minute wait. However, when reached 6 minutes, the wait times reset; the first time to 37 min and the second time to 18 min. Your sign in system is not providing customers accurate estimates. In fact it is misleading them. We will go elsewhere for future haircuts.
Every time i use to come here and also i had a good haircut this time it was my worst haircut in my life,instead of going there if i would have cut my hair it would be far better they dont know staff are very bad they are not concentrating on customer hair they are bothered about tv and talking to another employe...i really dont recommed untill they staff change.i never visit there again
Decent haircut. Need more stylists working when the place opens. 2 stylists and 3 customers waiting makes for a 45 minute wait for the 3rd customer.
Service is great but TV's are never working. The owner should really do something about that
One of the better places to get a haircut in the area. Used to go to a different place down the road but their management jacked up prices and I like getting a haircut often. Have only not been pleased by 1 or 2 of the ladies cutting hair.
