Be very careful when stopping here. Pay close attention to the signs. Most stations display reg unleaded at the top, mid grade below it and premium below that. Not here. The first amount is regular unleaded CASH, the second is regular unleaded CREDIT. I stopped here because I had the Safeway $.20/gallon discount and went through the prompts to pump gas. When I discovered I'd only saved $.04/gallon (compared to local competition in Westminster market) I went inside to inquire why the full $.20 wasn't discounted. The "gentleman" working there was extremely RUDE and tried to dismiss me without explanation, claiming I should take it up with Safeway. I explained that the prompts did say I would be using my $.20/gallon discount but it only discounted me $.10/gallon. He shouted at me that because I was using a credit card, I'd be paying a higher price per gallon. When all is said and done, I ended up saving $.04/gallon over the other local Westminster gas stations but got the privilege and pleasure of giving up my $.20/gallon discount to get it. I've used the Safeway/Sunoco discounts at other Sunoco stations and gotten the full $.20/gallon discount. This particular station however, raises their price,charging $.16/gallon more than their competition because they know they are the only SUNOCO for miles and therefore the only place you can use your Safeway discount. Fool me once! I will only use my Safeway discount at the SUNOCOs I pass on my way to work. Besides gouging their customers, their customer service is nonexistent, unless you call being screamed out and dismissed customer service. AVOID this station.
