I called for a same day delivery for my sister's birthday. The florist was very helpful and my sister said the arrangement was beautiful.
Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. Asked for delivery in the morning as she was at work. After 3pm now and she has left work for the day. Still no flowers. Very disappointed. Won't be using them anymore.

My boyfriend sent me an arrangement from this shop. The flowers that arrived were very nice looking, however did not even last the week. After speaking to my boyfriend, it also seems that the flowers that he ordered off the website were not actually the flowers that were delivered. It would have been nice for him to be notified if they needed to substitute other flowers ahead of time.
