Ryan was thorough and friendly when conducting the estimate and Brian performed great work while being both professional and courteous. The job was well executed and the space was clean afterward. I'd definitely recommend these folks to anyone looking to have electrical work performed.
We had Brian come out for some electrical upgrades in our home. He added an additional circuit in our basement, also added a GFI upstairs, and replaced some outside electrical boxes. Brian had been out for prior work so we knew it would be done right. As a matter of fact, we've used Tim Kyle Electrical for all of our work across two different homes and many, many years. They've never given us a reason to call anybody else!!!

The office staff have been incredibly efficient and friendly getting us an appointment asap and even calling to squeeze us in to an earlier spot due to a cancellation. Bruce was the electrician that came out and was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and super friendly personable. We've decided to take advantage of the home protection plan as we inherited an older home and want the peace of mind that comes with knowing that a professional is overseeing everything. Bruce was able to recommend several updates that will improve the overall safety of our home and we feel great knowing we're in good hands dealing with a local reputable company. A great experience! 100% pleased. Tim Kyle Electrical has done great work for us in the past and they came through again this time. They arrived within the designated service window of time, and took every effort from the first moment entering the door to keep floors dirt free, by literally putting down a red carpet and putting on work shoe covers before doing anything else. Our work order was for them to remove and install a new light fixture over the kitchen island, removed and installed 3 top of the line wired carbon and smoke detectors, and put in a new outlet in the hallway. Everything completely explained before the work started, and we decided to take advantage of the 10% discount on services and materials, by purchasing the one year safety and service plan. They did high quality professional work in every aspect. Definitely will call them in the future if we need any further electrical work done.
We were able to get an appointment quickly. The tech came out, and was very professional. He was able to diagnose our problem of flickering lights quickly. He provided clear information for us to pass on to BGE to get the issue corrected. I would definitely call them again.
