Literally my interior was dirtier than when I got there. They dried the car in the wash bay, and all the soapy water got on the interior and they did not bother to wipe it out. Windows not cleaned, and whoever vacuumed the car did not clean anything. Got the most expensive wash as well. This place has deteriorated over the past 10 years. I now drive 45 minutes to York and go to Apple car wash. For the same price your car looks like it was actually detailed.
After that I had no choice but to Write this post. I'll be honest the service was great before those two incidents. I'll call it how it is
First off I pulled in one evening , and it was just my vehicle in line, the vacuum's we're still up and running. They stopped me only to tear down the vacuum hoses for the evening , and said exterior only. I understand they have to break it down at some point but come on I was the only car. Then I wanted to pay cash however was told it was more convenient for them to accept my card outside.
It gets better, I moved on and decided that I would give it another go. I got the gold wash which is interior/exterior, and everything went great... So I thought. I pulled out of the parking lot, heard my hitch pin rolling around and thought no big deal they pulled it off to run it through the wash I'll put it back in when I stop. Well when I stopped, I realized the rusty, and greasy hitch was sat on my rear leather seat, and now I have grease stains on the seat. I have floor mats, which would have worked perfect to sit that hitch on.
I’ve been coming here for years. Sean and the crew do an amazing job. They are professional and I won’t trust my vehicles with anyone else!
The past couple times were not satisfactory for me.
They do a good job. They offer a wash club program that is totally worth the monthly fee.. The owner Sean is a stand up guy and takes car of any and all issues that may arise. All three if my vehicles visit regularly..Highly recommended
I just had my van washed to go to a funeral. They took extra good care of me without extra charges! Van looks beautiful! Thanks guys.
