I went there. Never again. Sheisty. Tried to say the more expensive items had to be fixed before less expensive... when the less expensive items were fixed it cleared up the problem... and tried to push their credit card on me... No means no... will not ever go back. Also I didn't get the rebate I was suppose to get. Mailed it in... got nothing.
In a separate visit. the same car goes back for the same service. this time. the tires was a little thin, and they recommended 2 new tires. When I pick up the car, I noticed that the tire was not change or rotated. So I ask about it, and they said the fleet company denied the new tires. They did not realized I was the fleet manager(the one they call for approvals) and I did not get that call/email. Looking at the paperwork further. once again, they charge for the tire rotation, and they did not touch the tires.
Called Firestone in Westminster MD. Spoke with Jack. Got in at 11am today. My wife picked me up and by 3pm Jack had called me back to let me know my car was done and ready for pick up.
This one is on me by giving them a second chance and get ripped off again. but never again.
Over three hours in waiting area for state inspection. I had an appointment as well. If you're reading this I'm still waiting.
When I arrived Albert let me know that everything looked good but they spotted a simple fuse was burned out. I was only charged for the part. Very professional. The car works great and I am satisfied with their fixing my car. I would recommend this station to work in your car.
Firestone in Hagerstown installed a new radiator and fan last week. The AC also needed work. This week the AC was on the fritz.
I then the car back for routine oil change and tire rotation. when I come out I noticed that the tires were *not* rotated. so I went back inside and they apologize and made an appointment for another time to come back. When I went back, they rotated the tires, and then charge my fleet card again. I told them to take that off since it is they already charged me from the previous visit. They response was.... "you don't have to pay, it is on the fleet card" Obviously that's not the right answer. As if your company is paying for it... then it is ok to charge for service not performed.
It is hit or miss but the average is more miss then hits. I had 2 tires replaced once, and they were great.
Was a loyal customers for years, my last visit changed that due to one ignorant employee who treated me like a dumb woman. Tried to convince me I had drove over a nail after driving less then 5 miles because they neglected to adjust my tire pressure after my oil change. He was hesitant at helping me, rolled his eyes and talked to me like I was a child. I drove 2 min up the road to another car care facility who added air to my tires free of charge and it's been 5 days and no tire pressure light has come on. So much for that supposed nail !! He just wanted more money. Tried to con me cause all he wanted to do is lean his lazy ass against the counter and answer phones instead of helping people.
