We have been long time customers and have nothing but good things to say about the service we have received over the years at the Westminster branch. The staff is always courteous and friendly. We have worked with the same tellers for many years and that helps our overall satisfaction. Yes, there have been times we have waited in long lines and I am sure they would like to have more staff too. I commend everyone for their professionalism, especially when customers are rude to them, which sadly I have witnessed on several occasions. We are loyal customers and appreciate the wonderful service we have received.
Visited Bank of America branch in Westminster Md located at 630 Baltimore Blvd and I spoke with Leonardo Vieira the Bank Manager who was very unfriendly and uncooperative. The ratings are awful for a reason. This branch has poor customer service and I think it starts at the top with BOA corp.
By far the slowest bank I have ever been to . There are always 5 people working .. with 1 teller working both drive thru ( that closes at THREE????) And inside. It's insane . Want to waste an hour of your life for one deposit ? This is your place ! Ridiculous!!!!! Get it together!!!!!
This location is the absolute worst. Seriously considering moving banks after 15 years. Always understaffed and service is consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. I've written to Bank of America and no one ever gets back to me. Unfortunately I live in the area - their other locations are generally much better.
Worst experience EVER was told it would be 10-15 minutes. Next thing I know 2 people walked in and were seen before me. Waited over an hour and 20 minutes before I walked out. The lady waiting after me said she's never waited less then an hour and a half everytime she goes. This is my first and last experience with BOA.
