Ice cream was great but while the staff served us right away, they didn't pay much attention to myself or other customers, some of which were having a food fight in the dinning room.
It's a normal Coldstone, nothing super spectacular about it. It's not usually busy which is nice because you get served quickly but when I tip them, they don't sing. Yes, I want the singing!
The absolute worst chocolate shake I've ever had in my life. Employee was vaping in the store. Definitely not what I expected for a $5.50 shake I got a scoop of ice cream and whole milk Blended for about 3 seconds. It was horrible. I won't be back nor do I recommend anybody else go there for a chocolate shake.
I just stopped in to get a ice cream cake so I can't comment on the ice cream. There was only one employee working but it wasn't busy and she was friendly. Nothing bad to say would stop in here again.
This is literally the worst location. I have a peanut allergy and this is the only location that cops an attitude. The employees are never friendly. This location used to be great. I don't know what happened. Also, I went to get a cake for mother's day and was outside for 15 minutes waiting for the store to open. At 1201 they put up a saying they wouldn't open until 1. No one talked to me and I was literally right outside. Terrible customer service.
